RENTAL ASSISTANCE RELIEF

OUR Florida is Florida’s federally-funded emergency rental and utility assistance relief program to support residents and businesses as they continue to recover and rebuild.
You are eligible if you:

  • Rent your home, apartment, or other residential dwelling in Florida.
  • Earn an income at or below 80% of the area’s median income (AMI).
  • Have qualified for unemployment, experienced a loss of income, incurred significant costs or faced financial hardships due to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.
  • Are at risk of losing your home, experiencing housing instability or are living in unsafe or unhealthy conditions.

FHA BORROWER FORBEARANCE ASSISTANCE

If you or someone you know are one of the many FHA-borrowers in communities across the country having difficulty paying your mortgage due to the pandemic, we urge you to act now.

FHA’s special COVID-19 mortgage payment forbearance is currently available to FHA-insured borrowers. Work with your mortgage servicer to get the help you need. SUMMER MEALS FOR CHILDREN

Martin County School District Food & Nutrition Services department will be offering a 5-day meal kit starting June 1, 2021 at the locations listed below. Meal kits will include 5 nutritious breakfasts and lunches.

EMERGENCY BROADBAND BENEFIT

The Emergency Broadband Benefit is an FCC program to help families and households struggling to afford internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Emergency Broadband Benefit will provide a discount of up to $50 per month towards broadband service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands.

Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price.
