MINI-GRANT RESOURCES

The intent of the United Way of Martin County CHARACTER COUNTS! Mini-Grants Program is for schools, non-profit agencies, and youth organizations in Martin County, expand enhance their CHARACTER COUNTS! / character development programming. Successful projects will be impactful, built upon the Six Pillars of Character, address character development through education al and awareness programming and / or address one of CHARACTER COUNTS! focus areas of bullying prevention, youth substance abuse and other risky behaviors, parent / family involvement, and community involvement. This year, our CHARACTER COUNTS! mini-grants are funded in part through several generous 2018 Tee It Up for Character Charity Golf Tournament mini-grant contributors:  Phyllis Kordick, Mark and LaDonna Lively, Mark Brechbill, Dori DiToro, Gerry Long, George Rea, Jeff Sabin, Wayne Shepard, Tammy Calabria, Blake Norman, Ken Ringe, Tom and Sue Whittington, Evans Crary, Steve MacDonald, Michael Neary, and Janice Norman.
