United We Rise to the Challenge

We are all feeling the impact of inflation and supply chain squeezes on our economy – at the gas pump, at the grocery store and in almost every facet of our lives. Well, those effects are magnified for low-income working families and the nonprofit organizations that they rely on. 

Whenever our community is in need, United Way is there. But we can’t respond without you.
We’ve received a record number of grant requests representing a 35% increase in funding compared to last year. 

We have never seen such an outpouring of requests and an elevated need here in Martin County. It’s why we’re asking the community to help us rise to the challenge.

Donor Information

When you designate to United Way of Martin County's Community Impact Fund, you get the added benefit of a trained team of staff, volunteers and community leaders who monitor the effectiveness of the programs where your gift is invested. This oversight is not provided if you designate your gift directly to another nonprofit organization.
