United Way of Martin County recently honored members of the Tocqueville Society during a reception held at Sailfish Point Country Club. The evening was graciously underwritten for the 12th year by Wilmington Trust. The Tocqueville Society includes 80 philanthropists who last year alone contributed more than $1 million to United Way of Martin County’s 2018-19 campaign. Their leadership and generosity provide support for United Way to achieve its mission to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of our community. During the evening, the Alexis de Tocqueville Outstanding Philanthropy Award was presented to Tom and Polly Campenni.
